Most of you have probably heard about this already but here it is again. I have already been able to deploy this service pack and I can already see a remarkable improvement in performance when navigating the console. Everything seems to be quite a bit faster. Windows performance reports appear to fixed as well.
Keep in mind that you will need to deploy all new agents to your monitored systems. I did have an issue when installing the new agent on a machine where WMI became corrupted. I opened a command prompt and ran “lodctr /r” and that cleared up the problem. This incident was isolated and I won’t chalk it up to the new agents.
