a Single Point of Contact

Brought to me by one of my colleagues I thought I would pass on this great tip.

This tip requires that you are setup with OCS Voice. 

Let’s say you  have your phone number listed in your email signature as +1 555 123 4567.  Instead of just leaving it as simple text you can place a hyperlink into it in the following format: tel:+15551234567 (make note that this is in E.164 format). 

This will allow a recipient to click on your phone number from within the email and it will automatically dial your number using OCS.
